Manu Sridharan	8129d960b9	Create new com.ibm.wala.cast.java.ecj project. The new project only depends on the minimal Eclipse plugins to make the ECJ frontend work. Hence, it should be amenable to creating a Maven Central jar.	2016-05-24 11:39:00 +02:00
